Tagliatelle whit Parma Ham
Ingredients
Serves 2
Tagliatelle 250gr
4 bottom mushrooms,chopped
2 thin slice fo Parma ham,chopped
3 fresh tomato,chopped
1 cfspoon of grounded garlic
1tbsp grounded parsley
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp whipping cream
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt e pepper to taste
A sprinkle of parsley
In a medium-sized pan fry garlic and parsley in oil for a few second.Add the mushrooms and fresh tomato fry for few minutes,add the Parma ham ,irrorate with with wine,cook stirring well for a minute,add tomato sauce and wipping cream and cook for an extra minute.
In the mean time,cook the Tagliatelle in salted water in a separade pan.When tagliatelle are done al dente,drain them and add them to the sauce,stirring well.
Serve topped with a Parma ham slice,et voila’
